Returns & Exchanges

Stüssy offers a 30-day window from the date of delivery to return or exchange items provided they are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited edition collaborations and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the provided return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
